1st day of liquid fasting was basically successful.
breakfast: nothing
lunch: tomato soup.
dinner: tomato soup.
total cals: 400
i did have one piece of bread, but i purged it all. so i'll still count this as a pretty successful day :)

feelin good
so today i had a lean cuisine for lunch (330)
a cup of gapes (60)
and another lean cuisine (300)
total: 690
today was a good day. I stopped eating at 5:30 today and starting now, i'm going to go 24 hours or longer without eating. only no calorie liquids for me :)

my current stats:
age: 19
height: 5.5
HW: 230
LW: 160
SW: 197.2

I'm sick of being the fat one of my friends.
sick of my dad and boyfriend commenting on what a big butt i have.
It's time for a change.
My birthday is in 45 days. I want to lose 37.2 pounds and be at 160. totally do-able.
My goal is to not binge these entire 45 days and stay below 700 calories each day.
Also, each week, i'm going to give up a type of food that i believe is bad for me and that will make me binge.
for instance, for this week, i'm giving up all dairy.
next week, i'm giving up all meat.
i'm going to slowly give up foods until i am vegan.
i'm so ready to do this.
