first of all, i'm so sorry i haven't been keeping up with my blog! :/ i've been moving into my new dorm and starting classes and stuff.
but i'm back :)
and i'm back with a new diet.
I'm going to go on a raw food diet for 100 days. if i like it, i might make it permanent.
basically as most of you know, all i will be eating are foods that are in their raw form.. so pretty much i'll just be eating veggies and fruit for 100 days.
i've heard people lose a lot of weight from this, so we'll se how this goes.
I'll try to post everyday and i'm going to weigh in every sunday.
as for exercise, i'm going to work out monday-friday for 30 minutes on the elliptical. for me, that's roughly 400-450 calories burned daily. plus i walk to my classes in 100 degree heat at least an hour a day.
lets see how this goes : ) wish me luck.
